About
Amanda Baker brings over 5 years of operations management experience and over 10 years of customer service and warehouse management experience to Kaiker Development + Construction. After working in the manufacturing industry for many years, Amanda decided to transition into the area of construction, following in the footsteps of her father with whom she has learned from and worked with since childhood. To further her career change, Amanda enrolled in Cincinnati State to work towards a degree in Business Management and completed a pre-apprenticeship construction training course to obtain her NCCER certification, all while continuing to work in her father’s construction business full time. She learned about Kaiker Development while seeking a job that aligned with both her career goals and fulfilled the co-op criteria at Cincinnati State. Since graduating Amanda has joined Kaiker fulltime.
Amanda is dedicated to personal and professional growth and is motivated by her passion to learn. She admires everything Kaiker Development stands for and welcomes the opportunity to expand her knowledge of the construction industry, grow with the company, and support Kaiker Development in its mission to “Revitalize the past, build the future.”
In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, journaling, learning, reading books, working out, fishing and other outdoor activities, and spending time with loved ones.

Amanda joined Kaiker Development + Construction as Project Engineer in September 2022.
