About
Jon Waller started in the construction industry as a teen 20 years ago, working on houses in the inner-city areas of Cincinnati and Price Hill where he has lived for most of his life. As a student at Elder High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jon was exposed to programs geared toward helping to revitalize dilapidated properties in the Lower Price Hill and Over-The-Rhine neighborhoods. When Jon met Kai Lewars, he was instantly impressed by Kai’s passion and drive to revitalize the community he calls home. Jon welcomes the opportunity to work on a range of construction projects in the inner-city areas of Cincinnati and is inspired by the positive impact Kaiker has had on the community through its development and construction management services.
Jon’s family is his motivation: he is driven to succeed as an inspiration for his children and strives to be a positive role model by leading by example. He is passionate about the construction industry, embracing challenges to the status quo with technological advancements and experiencing unique opportunities every day.
In his free time, Jon enjoys golf, volleyball, and spending time with his family.
Bio
Jon joined Kaiker Development + Construction as a Project Manager on January 16, 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in complete home renovation, including distressed properties and fire, wind, and tornado damaged homes. Jon has worked in commercial and industrial construction for over 10 years. Jon has completed over 50 bathroom and kitchen renovations and has designed and installed dozens of pools and outdoor living spaces.
