We’re excited to showcase the success of our Façade Improvement Program (FIP) in revitalizing College Hill's business district.
In this phase, we've enhanced the facades of 18 businesses, including notable transformations:
- Unforgettable Cuts (5924 Hamilton Ave) & Buttonz (5928 Hamilton Ave) now boast a fresh new look with new awnings.
- The Dow Cedar Building's impressive makeover includes new Hardie board installation, gutter and AC unit replacements, upgraded lighting, windows, and roof. This renovation enhanced the façade of Lou's Contemporary Hair Studio, Theajah's Beauty Salon, and DeeDee's Butter Bar.
- Façade Improvement at 5846 Hamilton Ave (OurShop Space): Upgrades included removing existing finish, priming, Hardie board installation, repainting, and new exterior lights.
