While I’m honored to be one of Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s “We Are Making Black History2025” Honorees

the real reward was watching my children see what's possible from all of the nights awardees including the 2025 Great Living Cincinnatian’s and their diverse success stories. There are so many ways to add value to the world that we live in, and your present doesn’t always dictate your future. It was a nice reminder to find your passion and run with it, or as we say at Kaiker Development + Construction “Predict the future by creating it”!

Passion brings progress into ourselves and the communities we live, work, and play in. Thank you Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber for this award, and thank you to everyone that's showing the next generation what is possible!
