Zoning reform isn't a simple matter to recalibrate.

It can be difficult to implement as communities often have a diverse population that prioritize different objectives. Connecting Communities would bring more accessibility to first-time home ownership in the middle- housing market. Especially with utilizing basic methods such as urban infill for increased density. While we certainly have the work cut out for us tackling the housing deficit and supplying quality housing, the future of zoning reform is looking brighter day by day!

Thank you to Ann (Haven) Thompson and the team at CET (Cincinnati Educational Television) & PBS for highlighting the important zoning reform.
